To request a pick-up of items you’d like to donate to the Charlotte Region ReStore, please select which pick-up option you prefer and someone from our Donations team will contact you shortly!

standard vs. priority
standard pick-up
- No cost
- Standard pick-ups schedule 1-2 weeks out from request
- All items must be in a single location on a covered porch/patio, garage, driveway or first floor of the home only
- Must meet our large item donation pick-up criteria
priority pick-up
- Fee associated (dependent on number of factors; starting at $99)
- Pick-ups within 48 hours
- Item retrieval from anywhere within residence
- Any and all items accepted (eligible items donated to ReStore; unusable items are ethically disposed of)
- Disassembly of items that need it (except doors, cabinets or lighting)
Every contribution supports affordable housing for families in need. It’s a win-win for our community!
