How it Works
Our Procurement Department specializes in high-volume commercial donations, ensuring efficient contributions to our mission. To support this, donations typically need to meet a certain volume for us to dispatch our truck.
To initiate a donation pick-up, please contact our department by phone or email. We’ll ask you to provide photos of your items to help us assess their volume and condition. We typically schedule pick-ups 1-2 weeks in advance.
On your scheduled date and time, our 26-foot truck will arrive at your location for the pick-up. Once complete, a donation receipt can be sent to your preferred email address or texted to your phone.
Donation Assessment
To start the process, you’ll contact our department via phone or email and provide photos of your items. This allows us to assess the volume and condition of the donation, ensuring it meets the threshold for dispatching our specialized truck.
Schedule Your Pick-Up
Once your donation is approved, we will work with you to schedule the pick-up date, which is typically set 1–2 weeks in advance. This ensures efficient logistics for both your business and our team.
Collection and Receipt
On the scheduled date, our 26-foot truck will arrive at your location to collect the donation. Afterward, a donation receipt will be promptly sent directly to your preferred email address or phone number for your records.
