How it Works

Deconstruction is a service provided by the Habitat Charlotte Region ReStores to carefully remove kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances before a remodel. The Deconstruction team completes the removal at no charge with the donation of the items to the Charlotte Region ReStores. Deconstruction also helps prevent thousands of pounds of removed cabinets, countertops, and other materials from ending up in a landfill.

Since there is no charge and the Deconstruction team can save homeowners significant contractor fees, we kindly encourage a donation to Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region.
