How to Schedule an Appointment

Pre-scheduling is required to ensure the minimum participant count is met for the event.

• By Phone: Call the Mobile Breast Center scheduling line at 704.831.4242. Leave a message, and a team member will return your call to schedule your time slot.

• By Form: Fill out the appointment form in full and return it via fax or email as directed on the document.

• What to Have Ready: Please have your insurance details and primary care physician’s name available when booking.

All patients receive confidential results sent directly to them and their designated primary care physician.

Eligibility Guidelines

• Age: Women 40 and older can self-refer (no doctor referral required). Women ages 35–39 should check with their insurance provider first.

• Timeframe: Must be at least 12 months since your last mammogram.

• Health Status: Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Symptoms: Must have no current breast lumps or new concerns. (If you are experiencing symptoms, please contact your physician directly.)

Billing & Insurance

• Insured: Please contact your insurance provider beforehand to verify coverage for your 3D mammogram.
